JAMES P. DUGAN GUEST HOUSES
Located at 219 South Union Street. Outside entrance and parking on the north side of the James P. Dugan Building. Guest houses #7 and #11 are ground level. Completely furnished with a queen size bed in #7 and a full size bed in #11. The Dugan Guest Houses are neighboring rooms and would be a great choice for guests who wish to stay close together.

DAVIS LANE GUEST HOUSE
Located at 202 Davis Lane #10. This guest house is ground level completely furnished with a queen size bed, queen size hide-a-bed. Davis Lane provides space for a small family of guests.

LOFT GUEST HOUSE
Located at 1234 East Main Street (Hwy 25) and is a 640 sq. ft. cottage-type Guest House - ladder-loft bedroom with queen size bed. This guest house is set in a wooded area with a view of the Deer Creek and moderate walking trails for your enjoyment.

FRANKLIN GUEST HOUSE
Located at 225 West Franklin Street. Downstairs kitchen area, upstairs bedroom with full size bed and full size hide-a-way bed. Privacy deck.

ALL GUEST HOUSES INCLUDE:
Complete furnishings, tv/vcr with cable, air condtioning, kitchen or kitchenette, non-smoking facilities, one weekly guest house cleaning and fresh linens, daily $3.00 meal coupons for local restaurants - walking distance to downtown Delphi with its many antique stores, parks, walking/bicycle trails, the Wabash and Erie Canal Interpretive Center and Museum.
